No contents or index in HtmlHelp2x

I had a working helpfile that I was building under HtmlHelp1x, and I tried moving it to HtmlHelp2x so that .Net Framework links will be viewable inside the help browser instead of via MSDN online.

I  changed my project for HtmlHelp2x, built the file and registered it via H2Reg.exe.  I haven't downloaded a viewer yet, but have been viewing the file via the following command:

"%CommonProgramFiles%\Microsoft Shared\Help 9\dexplore.exe" /helpcol ms-help://MyClassLibrary

The help browser comes up fine, but although "MyClassLibrary" is shown in the "Filtered by" box, for the Contents and Index tabs, the contents and index are all empty.  If I search for one of my classes, the search does find it, and I can display my help that way (including following links and viewing .Net Framework links in the help browser).  Clearly, I have something misconfigured, but can't quite figure it out.

(My helpfile has conceptual content, if that is a factor)

Figured it out; looks like I needed to add the  HTML Help 2 default HelpAttributes.  Hmmm ;)

It worked for me too!

It was very good after searching a lot.

Thank you!
