Linking to other classes links etc in other C++ header files?

I posted this on the MS  Developer Documentation and Help System   forum but it appears to be dead.

I have a C++ project.

When I place <see cref="GarXface::Math::UTC" />  within my remarks block the XML Document Generator, generates a warning.

 warning C4638: XML document comment applied to 'GarXface.Waypoint.Time': reference to unknown symbol 'GarXface::Math::UTC'.

I need to include the header file for UTC to avoid the warning, even though it might not be needed by the C++ compiler.   In fact, in some cases including the header file causes all kinds of compile errors.  Is there any way to avoid this?

Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be a workaround for this other than including the header file to define the class.  It's just the way the C++ compiler works.
