I'm trying to include a simple HTML page in the namespace documentation. But I'm not sure about how to do that. But per my understanding I can either use MAML or HTML directly and a regular <A> link.

So I tried that:
/// <para>Om du vill få exempel på hur man kan skapa scopes och hantera transaktioner vid inkommande meddelanden så kan du läsa <a href="../UsingScopes.html">här</a>.</para>
(I also tried without "../").

And I then changed the HTML document to be marked as "Content" and also with "Copy always". But the page is not included when the documentation is generated (HTML doc)

What am I doing wrong?

You need to put the HTML page in the SHFB project so that it is included in the help file, not the project you are trying to document. If placed at the root of the SHFB project, use "../UsingScopes.html" as the path to ensure it is found. If in a sub-folder in the SHFB project, include the subfolder too (i.e. ../OtherContent/UsingScopes.html").
