Empty content window in CHM output

I recently installed SHFB v1.9.7.0 with Visual Studio Package and attempted to create CHM output from Visual Studio 2010 Documentation Sources (XML, DLL). In the output CHM, I have a complete Contents and Index, but nothing appears in the content window. It is completely empty, and remains that way no matter what TOC or Index entry is clicked.

I followed the same procedure I used with previous SHFB versions, and using the same XML and DLL files. Any idea what might be causing the empty content window? I'll be happy to provide whatever additional information would help in troubleshooting this issue.

If you've got the output on a network share, the content will be blocked unless you unblock it or apply the registry change to allow such content to be loaded from there. See the FAQ help topic entry for "Why doesn't my compiled help file load? / Why do all of the help file topics display a "Page not found" or "This program cannot display the webpage" error?"

That was the problem! The output was on a network share.
