MC1000: Unknown build error, 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object.'

Hey,

I am trying to build the documentation from a Windows Jenkins slave. When I run it manually on the machine, everything runs fine. If I call it from Jenkins I get:

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Microsoft.WinFX.targets(268,9): error MC1000: Unknown build error, 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object.'

Has anyone else experienced this problem? I have searched and everyone else seems to get it to run fine.

Thanks

Adam

Sorry, I don't know what a Jenkins slave is so I cannot provide any help.

Hey Eric,

Thanks for the reply. Jenkins is Continuous Integration, http://www.jenkins-ci.org. I think the issue may be because it runs it headless, other people must build via Ci aren't they?

Thanks

Adam
