Ok... Now, I make a question for the answer...
But, inside the my ./bin folder, not existe the web.config file..., and, when I build, appers to not generate a dll file...

You need to put the EWSoftware.CodeDom.dll assembly in your project's .\bin folder so that it can be found. You'll find the assembly in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Sandcastle\Extras folder. Just copy it from there to your .\bin folder.

Ok, I need to put that DLL and put this in web.config:
       <system.codedom>
        <compilers>
          <compiler language="vb;vbs;visualbasic;vbscript" extension=".vb"
            compilerOptions="/docpath:C:\Publish\Docs"
            type="EWSoftware.CodeDom.VBCodeProviderWithDocs,
                  EWSoftware.CodeDom, Version=1.1.0.0, Culture=neutral,
                  PublicKeyToken=d633d7d5b41cbb65">
            <providerOption name="CompilerVersion" value="v2.0"/>
          </compiler>
        </compilers>
      </system.codedom>
Right ?

Yes, but you'll most likely need to update the value attribute to either "v4.0" or "v4.5" depending on the framework version you are targeting.
