Just installed the latest 2.7 and when I try to open the Project Lanucher the "Launch" button is disabled no matter what combination I click on.  After some digging around I discovered that "The Project Launcher" I assume is not supposed to be opened directly?

The Project Launcher is like the Visual Studio Version Selector.  It lets you specify which application to use by default when you double-click a .shfbproj file in Windows Explorer.  You can choose to have it launch the standalone GUI or Visual Studio.  The Launch button is only enabled if you've double-clicked a project file and haven't set a preference yet.  The only reason to open it directly is to change your preference.

For the standalone GUI, use the Sandcastle Help File Builder GUI option in the Sandcastle Help File Builder menu group.  If you've installed the VSPackage, you can just open Visual Studio and either create a new project or open a new project from there.
