security warnings

When viewing the genrated documentation web site over an SSL connection, IE shows a security warning that the page contains both secured and unsecured links. I found out that this is due to the "<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="ms-help://Hx/HxRuntime/HxLink.css" />" link found in each page.
Will it be possible to generate this link only when generating .chm and ignore it when generating a web site?

They are for Help 2 (HxS) not Help 1 (CHM).  The links are added by the Sandcastle transformations.  A parameter could probably be added to suppress them.  The only downside is that you'd have to run Help 2 builds separately as you couldn't combine a help 1, help 2, and/or website build in one go.  The other alternative is to create a plug-in that strips them out of the website files after they have been copied to the output folder.
