SHFB BuildAssembler crashes due to read-only files

I've noticed that SHFB will throw an IO exception when it encounters a read-only file in the "Working" directory. This is causing our build process to hang. Would it be possible for SHFB to add a warning message in the log and continue processing as normal, instead of throwing an exception.

The particular files we see this issue with are those related to the "Colorizer": CopyCode.gif, highlight.css, highlight.js, highlight.xml, highlight.xsl. While all of our files are under source control, for some reason only these files retain their read-only attributes when being copied to the Working directory.

Thanks.

This was an issue in an earlier release of the help file builder. Those files are now copied and the attributes are turned off. If you aren't using it already, download the Sandcastle September CTP and version 1.6.0.0 of the help file builder.
