In my project, I have used Project Properties->Help File->Syntax Filters, and marked only:
  1. CPlusPlus
  2. CSharp
  3. VisualBasic
  4. XamlUsage
Yet, in the "Syntax", I can see a disabled F# tab ... I think that this what causes the J# to be created in a new table...

I have attached the screen shot, any help in understanding how to control this view will be very appreciated ... Image

It's a limitation of the presentation style. There are a fixed set of languages that are always displayed. If disabled, it just disables the tab. Actually hiding it would require changes to the presentation style XSL transformations. Your image didn't show up so I don't know what you're seeing with regard to the J# tab. If it's in reference to a code example in your XML comments, non-core languages will appear as separately group examples under certain conditions. For that to happen though, you've have to have a code element with a language identifier it matched to J#.
