Hi!
Using shfb 1.9.7.0, to document source code for internal usage, and it works greate ;-)

Q: Linking to a local id with Html 1(.chm) file
I'm trying to link to a local id on a webpage, but I come to top of page when using Html 1(.chm) file.

In C# code
/// <summary>A security problem was encountered, related to one of the following Win32 <see href="http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms775145.aspx#inet_e_security_problem">Error Messages</see>.</summary>
In the generated XML doc
    <member name="F:EyeDoc.WebBrowser.NavigateErrorEventStatusCode.INET_E_SECURITY_PROBLEM">
      <summary>A security problem was encountered, related to one of the following Win32 <see href="http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms775145.aspx#inet_e_security_problem"> Error Messages</see>.</summary>
    </member>
Seems ok, is the limitation in the Html 1(.chm) file format?

This appears to be a limitation of the Help 1 viewer. It works as expected in website output. It also works if you explicitly add a target attribute set to "_self" which displays the page within the help viewer. When launched in an external browser window, it appears to lose the anchor.
