Place content between <summary> and member listing?

Is there a way to display additional title-less content between the summary and listing of class members?

For example:
Class Name
Summary text...

Additional paragraphs of content...

[Members]
[Remarks]
[See Also]
The following sort of works, but unfortunately (as expected) the additional content is shown in namespace listings.
/// <summary>
/// General summary content.
/// <para>Additional content...</para>
/// </summary>
/// <remarks>
/// <para>Blah blah blah...</para>
/// </remarks>
public class Something { ... }
Is there a standard way to achieve this? If not, is it possible for me to introduce a new element simply by altering the XSLT templates?
/// <summary>
/// General summary content.
/// </summary>
/// <information>
/// <para>Additional content...</para>
/// </information>
/// <remarks>
/// <para>Blah blah blah...</para>
/// </remarks>
public class Something { ... }

A custom element implemented in the XSL transformations would be the way to accomplish what you want. See this blog post for information: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/sandcastle/archive/2006/11/22/supporting-custom-tags-in-sandcastle.aspx
