Hi,

is it possible to launch the content manager for VS 2012 programmatically? Similar to HelpLibraryManagerLauncher for VS 2010? It seems that content management has been folded into the help viewer itself for the new studio.

The HelpLibraryManagerLauncher tool has been updated to support Help Viewer 1.0 and 2.0.  If you pass it "/viewerVersion 2.0" as command line options, it will use Help Viewer 2.0 to install the content.  The other command line options for installing and removing content are different though.  Separate example scripts are generated for installing HV 2.0 content as well when building MS Help Viewer content.  A "Launch Help Viewer 2.0 Content Manager" option was added to both the standalone GUI and the VSPackage to launch the HV 2.0 content manager as well.

If you want to run it manually outside of SHFB, just run:

%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Help Viewer\v2.0\HlpViewer.exe /catalogName VisualStudio11 /locale en-us /manage

All that does is launch the help viewer and go directly to the Manage tab.
