Getting hyperlink to appear in help file

Is it possible to somehow tag a URL in an XML comment to make it an active hyperlink? Ideally something like:

<a href="">Click here</a>

but even making "" clickable would suffice. I thought I could do it with the <see> tag, but I can't get it to work. Surely there must be a way considering the fact that a tag like:

<see cref="System.Runtime.Remoting.WellKnownObjectMode"/>

will take you to the MSDN Library page on this subject. How do I specify a link to any web page?

Just add the link to the comments. For example:

/// <p/>Hyperlink: <a href=""></a>

This applies to all HTML tags except <br/> and <hr/> which are currently being stripped out in the Prototype style. That's been submitted as a bug.
