Different Language Syntax Settings for Different Assemblies

Is it possible to specify different language syntax settings (e.g. C#, VB, JavaScript) for two different assemblies which are part of the same project?

Essentially, I'm interested in having one main assembly that generates C# / VB.NET documentation and a second assembly which generates JavaScript documentation (just a dummy .NET class which represents a JavaScript API, as ajaxdoc isn't appropriate for my situation), but for both of them to be in the same project (and hence the same output help file).

Thank you for your help!

You can't specify different languages per assembly within the same project.  You can put them in separate projects and use the Version Builder Plug-In to merge them into one file.  Be aware that the Version Builder tool/transformation has a bug that isn't fixed yet.  See here for a possible fix: http://sandcastlestyles.codeplex.com/discussions/226453
