Multiple code on example tag

Apr 5, 2008 at 3:23 PM

I have the following scenario:

<code lang="cs" title="Code behind Sample">...</code>
<code lang="vb" title="Code behind Sample">...</code>
<code lang="JavaScript" title="Client Script Sample"></code>

When the help is rendered, using the Prototype PresentationStyle, the JavaScript code is not shown.

However, if I change from JavaScript to HTML, it is shown, but without colloring.

How do I do to show the JavaScript code as intended?

Currently, SHFB doesn't make a distinction between JScript (JScript.NET) and JavaScript. Currently, it's hooking the JavaScript code blocks up to the JScript language filter rather than the JavaScript language filter. This has been fixed and will be in the next release. However, in this case it would be likely that you wouldn't want the JavaScript sample connected to the language filter at all so I think I need to add an option that lets you turn off the filter connection on a code block. I'll take care of that too.
