MSBuild export

First, thanks for building this tool, it feels as good as NDoc.

Here's a (low priority) feature request: it would be nice if your project file could be exported to a (standalone) msbuild script, i.e. that would not require sandcastlebuilder on the machine.

It may be possible, but you'd lose many of the help file features provided by the help file builder. You can specify the console mode builder as a post build step in a Visual Studio project so I must assume it's possible to do something similar with MSBuild.

FWIW, as .csproj == "MSBuild file" it is somewhat doable, but you would most likely need a library of custom tasks as well so it would not be completely standalone.

This is also something close what I was thinking that I might try to do some day (the other ideas are to add drag-drop support, and build a WiX installer..)
