Linking to framework (MSDN) documentation for types, fields, members or properties is easy enough using <see cref"" />. How do you link to things like framework keywords such as the using statement.

The local link is ms-help://MS.VSCC.v90/MS.MSDNQTR.v90.en/dv_csref/html/afc355e6-f0b9-4240-94dd-0d93f17d9fc3.htm and the online link is http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/yh598w02(VS.80).aspx.

Is there a way of describing a cref link to this item such that the document compilation will figure out which one of the above links to use?

There are no provisions for linking to non-API topics. As far as I know the MSDN web service will only generate links to API topics. Since there is no way to translate between a language keyword and an MSDN link, you'd have to do it manually. If you're producing a Help 2 file, you could probably just use the <mshelp:link> tag with the keywords attribute set to something that would let it find the topic.
