Hide Send Feedback Link

Hi all.

I'm using the VS2005 presentation style to generate HtmlHelp1x formatted help and I'm having trouble trying to hide the "Send Feedback" link in the Title section.

The ShowFeedbackControl option only affects the control at the bottom of the page, not the link at the top.

I have managed to hide it by removing the value of the fbheaderFeedback item in the VS2005BuilderContent*.xml file, but this really seems like a bad hack to me.

Any suggestions?

When the footer control is hidden, the Send Feedback link in the header opens an e-mail window. When shown, it scrolls the page down to the control. There isn't an option to hide the link itself. Change the text to a blank will hide the text but the link will still be there but perhaps not clickable since it has no text.

No worries.

I'll live with the link that exists but isn't clickable. Hm, is it really a link then... sounds like a tree falling in a forest type of thing to me (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/If_a_tree_falls_in_a_forest)

Thanks.
