Replacing 'cref' in additional content files

Instead of just replacing '<see cref=' with the link to the correct page in the generated help, could it also replace 'cref=' within other html elements? For example, I currently have '<area href="..\Html\ClassName.htm" shape="rect" coords="144, 673, 252, 659"/>' in my additionaly content files. I would like to replace the 'href=' in the previous element with something like '<area cref="ClassName" shape="rect" coords="144, 673, 252, 659"/>'. It would just have to replace the cref attribute with the correct href attribute.

I'll see what I can do.
