Wildcard dependency case sensitivity

In BuildProcess.CopyDependencies, the wildcard rule checks for .DLL or .EXE files using a case sensitive comparison:

if (name.EndsWith(".dll") || name.EndsWith(".exe"))

If the files don't have a lowercase extension, they won't be copied, which will cause the build to fail since the dependency is missing. The filename should be converted to lowercase, or a case insensitive comparison should be used.

Thanks. I'll fix it for the next release.
